Solution:

Let’s consider the following approach to solve this problem:

- Calculate the sum of the amounts of money given to all the children.
- Find the maximum value of money given to a single child.
- Check if the sum of money given to all the children is divisible by the number of children.
- If the sum of money is divisible by the number of children, then calculate the amount of money each child will get and check if it is less than or equal to the maximum value of money given to a single child.
