Problem Statement:
Given an integer array arr, return the mean of the remaining integers after removing the smallest 5% and the largest 5% of the elements.
Example Input and Output:
Input: arr = [10, 20, 30, 40, 50] Output: 30.00000
Input: arr = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10] Output: 5.50000
Solution:
- Sort the input array in ascending order.
- Calculate the number of elements that should be removed from the start and end of the array.
- Calculate the sum of the remaining elements in the array.
- Calculate the mean of the remaining elements in the array.

Complexity Analysis:
